The "Taiki Group Code of Conduct" (hereinafter referred to as the "Code of Conduct") is a basic guideline for each and every person working for the Taiki Group (*) around the world to act in a fair and responsible manner from the perspective of corporate social responsibility and mission. It establishes basic principles.

 Regarding compliance in individual fields, details shall be determined separately in guidelines, etc.

Obligation to comply

Taiki Group executives and employees shall strictly comply with this Code of Conduct. If an employee commits an act that violates this Code of Conduct, the person responsible will be identified and necessary measures will be taken in accordance with work rules, company regulations, etc.

1. Compliance with laws and social norms

The Taiki Group complies with all laws, regulations, and rules of the countries and regions in which it conducts business activities.
In addition, we strive to meet international standards that go beyond laws and regulations, industry standards in the country or region, and customer requests, and we strive to be understood by people in light of the social norms and common sense of the country or region. We will conduct corporate activities in coexistence with the local community.
Furthermore, we will not have any relationships with individuals or organizations that may have a negative impact on social order, ethics, or sound business operations.

2. Compliance with labor laws and regulations

We comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations in the countries and regions where we conduct business activities.
Furthermore, we respect the human rights of our employees by referring to international standards (for example, ILO Conventions, SA8000, OHSAS18001, etc.).
